Nivéole has been carefully chosen to designate the very essence of our event agency. Inspired by the delicacy and beauty of the Snowflake flower, this choice reflects our core values and the approach we aim to bring to every wedding we organize.
The Snowflake is an emblematic flower, often associated with purity, simplicity, and elegance. Similarly, our event agency aspires to create events that are both refined and authentic.
Our choice of the Snowflake also conveys a connection with nature and an appreciation for simple yet meaningful things. We value intimate and warm moments, emphasizing harmony with the natural surroundings that will encompass each of our events.

The Nivéole flower was initially created uniquely, then duplicated into 4 before retaining only two elements and rotating them at a certain angle, revealing the silhouette of a woman inside.

With a natural passion for organization, my professional background has allowed me to coordinate numerous events, working closely with various service providers such as caterers, reception venues, DJs, and looking for fun entertainment. J'ai orchestré avec succès plusieurs cocktails réunissant plus de 500 invités, tout en développant des compétences polyvalentes en gestion des réseaux sociaux, comptabilité, ressources humaines et communication. Je suis également diplômée de l'École Française des Créateurs et Décorateurs d'Évènements comme "Wedding Planner, Wedding Designer ».
- PASCAL ROGERS -
Richly endowed with 20 years of professional experience, my career began in the demanding realms of the restaurant and nightlife industries. I held positions as the Manager of a Brasserie in Arcachon, accommodating up to 300 covers per day, and as a Floor Manager in a nightclub.
In 2023, it was only natural for my partner and me to co-found Nivéole Agency, combining our respective talents. Our strength lies in our ability to support you together, "hand in hand." Our primary goal is to guide you tranquilly throughout the planning of your wedding, ensuring it faithfully reflects your identity and aspirations. Moreover, my proficiency in four languages—English, French, Dutch, and German—represents a significant advantage. We will be delighted to assist you seamlessly in organizing your wedding, even if it takes place abroad.
